There �s not really enough there to paraphrase it sufficiently and as such rewording can often be considered plagiarism if all we are doing is substituting synonyms and changing the order of ideas. But here is a suggestion ...
According to Dubin there are a number of psychological, physical and social components that work together to produce the various skills required when reading.
