I �ve been asked to put a plan to help the weak students "11 years old" in my class ... I would really appreciate any suggestions.

i have some weak students in my classes and i always make more eye contact with them and i support them with extra-materials. before starting the production part of the lesson i sum up the topic on the board for them and the ones who have blank points.
