Have you done Best of ...2010? Having your students choose the best song, the best movie, the best important event, the most influential person in their lives, the best book, the funniest situation, the biggest mistake of the year, etc. all kinds of categories can be included - have them suggest, then vote and make charts with their reasons, or you can even add a column about their expectations for this person/book/situation - what they think will happen to it in 2011... My students love making inventory of the year that passed, having a trip down memory lane and predictions... |
