Geez, it didn �t even dawn on me to search the forum.

So, in a nutshell and to avoid confusion:

It is "bulb" for light and, extremely rarely and depending on the speaker �s background, "ornaments".

It is "bauble" or "ball" for ornaments only, so that is what I should use to refer to ornaments.

Can someone please say: "Correct"?
