Is this question correct

I ve asked the students to form a question for the following sentence "He goes to club twice a week" .... some students wrote "How many times does he got to club?" .... Can I consider this question correct? should consider their q as a wrong one or a correct one?

PS: I know that the correct question should be one of the following
How often does he got to club?
Who goes to club twice a week?
Where does he go twice a week?

Yes, although it would be better to say How many times a week does he go...?

If the answer only Twice, How many surely is correct but if the answer twice a week How often is correct so it depend about the answer you want.

Since you are using the simple present, this is talking about continuous or repeated activity. "How many times..." implies just activity in the past:
How many times has he gone to a club?
How many times did he go to a club last year?

Therefore, you need to specify the time period, or use "how often?":
How many times does he go to a club in a week?
How often does he go to a club?

In any case, "How many times does he go to a club?" is not correct because it uses the simple present incorrectly.
