Good textbook to teach how to speak Spanish on the phone

Hi dearest colleagues

I ï¿½m gonna start a private tuition with a
special student very soon. He works in a call centre and receives
phone calls from all over the world, he already speaks 3
other languages and a bit of Spanish (his level is around
A2) I ï¿½m looking for a good textbook with good and
communicative activities to teach him phone language. His
field of expertise is IT so anything related to that as
well would be very welcome.

Sorry to ask about Spanish teaching and not English but I am very fond of this forum and I, obviously, think that your opinions are really valuable!!!
