I don �t know what is happening: the last few days I �ve tried to send printables and it says that there is always an error but I don �t understand what it could be because I used to send them without any problems. Can anybody help me?

Did you check the size (no more than 500 kb) and the format (.doc and not docx)? |

Hi ... I know the feeling... I �ve also been having problems, but I soon realised that it was due to the size of my docs.... Check the size of your document and if you conclude that that is the problem then you have to find a way of bringing it down... Maybe you have included many pictures of a very good resolution, or even too many scanned docs... Another option is dividing the document in different parts... That worked for me. Good luck... |
