I fully agree. What is worse, this member has tried to disguise it by removing some parts of Marisas original worksheet (see http://www.eslprintables.com/printable.asp?id=61975#thetop) and changing its design. Moreover, this member has uploaded the same worksheet twice. See  http://www.eslprintables.com/printable.asp?id=145624#thetop and http://www.eslprintables.com/printable.asp?id=146825#thetop

Re bamarcias comment onm.achbergerova,

I think you should lighten up on this particular case. I dont think it is a stolen worksheet or nothing of the sort. It has happened in the past that some people got the same worksheet uploaded twice. It may be a system error.

Please, dont be so quick to judge for you may be mistaken

Cheers

Aldana

Hi Aldana, I understand what you say, but you must understand when people rush to warn about stolen material, because even though what you say is true, that "It has happened in the past that some people got the same worksheet uploaded twice. It may be a system error", believe me, its more common that people cheat, and I think that most members are fed up. So I do agree that we should give the benefit of the doubt, but theres a higher chance that it isnt a mistake and it IS actually stolen.

I dont think it is a system error. A system error cannot change some parts and design of the original worksheet. Stealing means laziness and discourages the owners of original worksheets. Furthermore, duplicated files are waste of time, internet resources, points etc. Many people do not know what they have already downloaded, so they download the stolen worksheet again, then their points decrease unnecessarily.

Hi Aldana, if this member hadnt uploaded a worksheet which has exactly the same sentences and pictures as mtopbs, I wouldnt have questioned the fact that one of his/her worksheets had been uploaded twice. It could be a mistake, as you say, but this version of mtopbs worksheet was also uploaded 2 days ago and removed from the site, most probably because it was a copy.

hey everyone!!!

I was actually referring to the last two links you posted that belong to the userm.achbergerova and were probable posted twice by mistake(or maybe i am too naive to think that people sometimes make honest mistakes, not that they are trying to cheat)http://www.eslprintables.com/printable.asp?id=145624#thetopandhttp://www.eslprintables.com/printable.asp?id=146825#thetop

I didnt realise till now that the first linkhttp://www.eslprintables.com/printable.asp?id=146823belongs to the same user...and that is propably stolen!!! So, my bad!!!!

Of course we should report all cases of suspicious-looking ws when we have the proof that they might have been stolen. Im 100% on that!!!!

Lets keep this site a corruption-free zone ;)
