Please help me with responses!!!!

I m really confused about what to respond to somebody s thanks or apology. Could anybody tell me when to say "Not at all", "Never mind", "That s all right", "You re welcome", please?
For: " Do you mind if I ask you one or two questions?", which of the following is OK?
A. Not at all. Fire away.
B. That s quite all right.

Thanks in advance!

Replying when someone says thank you:
You re welcome, don t mention it, it s ok, it s nothing, it s my pleasure

When someone makes an apology you can say:
It s ok, never mind, no need to apologize, that s alright

For your 2nd question answer A is correct. Here are a few others you can use as well:
go ahead, what is it you want to ask? , what do you need to know? , sure

I hope this helps.
