Dialogues and interviews

Hello everybody, I hope you are all having a nice day. I wanted to ask you if you know any short expressions that can be used in dialogues and interviews, like ´sure ´, ´of course ´...

Thanks a lot for your help.

Depending on context:

I´m sure/confident/certain/positive about that

Sure, I can do that - Be rest assured I can do that/naturally I can do that

Can you do that? - Sure/most certainly/certainly/undoubtedly/without a doubt

IMHO using  ´of course´ is often considered impolite. I once came across a good article on it but now I can ´t find it
