Lesson Plans ...

Hello everybody,

I am interested in what you think

I hate writing lesson plans ...Angry

I like to have an outline of what I must teach but I like to leave some freedom/ breathing space so I can change things around if I have to. Some of my best lessons were the ones that went completely against of my plans. Don t get me wrong I DO PREPARE for my lessons, but I hate it when you need to write exactly how many minutes the activities will take, etc.

I am going to be observed soon and I have to write this detailed lesson plan, show my annual, termly, midterm plans...! I do like to teach but I don t like writing lesson plans, how weird...

I mostly remember what I teach, so I don t really need to look at my previous lesson plans, except for the names of websites, resources... so it s all for the sake of paper really.

Any thoughts about this?
