a nudiostertian, dear friends, is a naked, drunken monk who has the guts to invoke the rules of his order to explain the sorry state he is in.
Why?
Simple!
A cistertian is a Catholic monk . Listen to what Wikipedia has to say about Cistertians:
Cistercian life is on manual labour and self-sufficiency, and many
abbeys have traditionally supported themselves through activities
such as agriculture and brewing ales.
Now the monk I �m talking about did a bit too much testing on the quality of the ale, got carried away, took off his clothes, sang and danced, and found the perfect excuse: he was a cistertian who had gone nudiostertian - temporarily.
See?
Quite simple, really ... thought you would have known !
