hi everyone
i need your help as i tried to download some worksheets about phrasal verbs from the account of Giovanni ,but unfortunately there is error and they ca not be downloaded and the site deduct about 15 points for these uncompleted downloads, would you please help me to get back my points or to tell me whom i could complain to?

Tell me which ones you tried to download I will send them to you. For your points and the problem you have to straighten that out with Victor. I tried to download some myself and I had no problem downloading them. Give me the numbers of the ones you tried to downlaod.
