So - too and neither - not either

Hello, dear colleagues.
First of all, thanks in advance for your help
I am  teaching agreement besides that I woul like to prepare a Worksheet to share with you.
SO AND TOO  for positive
not either  and neither for negative

But I would like to teach this topic with touristic places, accommodations, clothes, transportations, climate, typical dishes.

Is it right if  I teach this:
Sheraton hotel has a room service. the Melia hotel has a room service
Sheraton hotel has a room service. So does the melia hotel
                                                      or
                                                       the melia hotel does too.

Machupichu is in Peru. Caral is in Peru.
Muchupichu is in Peru. So is Caral.
                                  or
                                  Caral is too

NEGAITVE AGREEMENT
Tarata restaurant wasn t good. Colca restaurant wasn t good.
Tarata restaurant wasn t good. neither was Colca restaurant.
                                                 or
                                                 Colca  restaurant wasn t either

I always use people as a SUBJECT but I can use places, things like the examples above.
Because when I look for information
I always find this kind of examples
Sofia likes fish. Renzo likes fish
Sofia likes fish. SO does Renzo

Thanks in advance for your help. If you have links, webpages, games, etc It will be great

Yes, Renzo, you have it right, except for two unrelated points.

Say "The Sheraton hotel" and "The Tarata restaurant", and use a comma before "either" and "too".

Bruce

EDITED: We say "room service", not "a room service".

Thanks  a  million Yanogator.

So  it s correct to use places to talk about agreement.

Take care and GOD bless you.
