No, "become" needs a descriptive adjective or noun.
 
Oh, how fat you have become!
My, how beautiful your daughter has become!

I would like to add that "change" is neutral or vague in the deep meaning whereas "become" implies a more precise answer. That is why you need more details, you wait for the exact reason why you have changed. Precision given with the descriptive element.
