Help

Dear Colleagues,
At last,  I have managed to upload some worksheets recently, thanks to your help. I face another problem I can t solve. I tried many times to upload a grammar worksheet, but I think it s more than allowed size. So, who can tell me how to reduce its size. Thank you a million in advance.

If it s large because of many pages in the document, you should split it into two parts and upload as 2 parts of an activity.
But if it s large because it has clipart or images, then you should reduce those.
You can click on a picture, then right-click and find the word Format picture in the window. Click on that and find the compress button(in my windows , it s in the bottom left hand corner of that window), then just click OK and again OK. If you do this with every image/frame/clipart, it slightly reduces your graphics, but shaves off KBs from your documents.
Also, if you use internet pics, always save them to pc and then insert into word. If they re too big, you can reduce them using any software for that (I have IrfanView which is free for download, and very simple to use - open a picture, click on edit and resize, write smaller numbers in the open boxes, and then sharpen the image - it turns a 2MB picture into about a quarter its size).
