Marianinna,

"Cor! Stone the Crows!" is used in surprise, or annoyance, or horror --- but usually, as an expression of complete, total, and utter surprise.

(Tu non sei una nonna --- sei una ragazza, vero?)

There must be a lot of regional differences: some of the other suggestions are new to me!

We have some milder versions of specific swears:
s**t = shoot
d**n = darn
s**k = stink
f**k = frick/ freak (not used alone as in "freak you" but in other forms as in "what a freaking waste of time!"  Some people also say "F" as in "F you!" or "That s F ed up!"
hell = heck

This would make a good worksheet for my students who seem to have learnt only one swear word. I m sure you all know which one.
