Feel

Good night form Spain. Is it correct the sentence:

I m feeling hungry. Is there anything to eat?

Feel is an state verb that can only go in the present simple, but I think that in this case we can use it in the continuous tense because we are referring to an specific state, I mean the moment when your stomach is roaring with hunger.

Thanks in advance.

Hello :)

The word feel falls under the category of exceptions and can be used both in Simple and in Continuous. So, whatever way you choose to follow in the example above, it is correct :)
