Docx allowed?, Regular Verbs Category?

Hi friends,
I know this question has been raised before, but your opinion might have changed. How about allowing DOCX?

My second question: how about a new Grammar Category - Regular verbs?
The majority of worksheets are mixed irregular and regular verbs, hundreds ws are on IRREGular verbs, but...
There is a growing number of worksheets on REGULAR verbs only. These are unfortunately not easy to find, because the search shows both reg. and irreg.
So in my opinion, a special category for regular verbs would do the job! WHAT DO YOU THINK? Wink

I don t want to make anybody to upload docx. I think it should be optional choice only...
I believe there are some cases when we cannot upload a big file due to the fact that compatibility mode increases the size greatly. In most cases the size doubles (at least)...
I see it isnt a matter of life and death, but docx might make uploading easier for many members and it would save server space...
I know it has been discussed before several times...:
Should docx be allowed?     WHY NOT .docx DOCUMENTS
Many people using Word 2002 have already downloaded the utility which allows them to view, edit and save changes in DOCX. The reason is obvious, they need to open docx files from their friends, colleagues...

In my opinion the main reason for banning docx is gone NOW...
Most laptops and computers come with Word 2007 since the year 2008, so it has been 4 years now!!!
Please don t tell me that you cannot open docx.
Everybody can open docx, if they have updated their WIN or used free software / utility...
Remember problems with zip files years ago?
AT FIRST, many people thought they couldnt open .zip or .rar or .7z and now everybody knows how to open zip or rar...
The problem with opening docx has already disappeared or (at least) is much smaller now!

Then stay up to date with the times and stop moaning!!!

Moravc I don t think we are going to get the teachers who stay in the 2003 Microsoft word format to change they are like very old people who are stuck in their old ways.

Here is a link with doc v s docx

I am not old or stupid, but I go with what I have and yes even though I use office 2003 I can open doxs. BTW new versions, in my opinion, are rather about making money more than making things easier and better.
