I have zillions of photos on my hard disk . I know how to reduce the size of photos one by one but is it not possible to reduce a whole file at the same time?

There is a free application called Easy Thumbnails. you can download here:
http://www.fookes.com/ezthumbs/
Don �t be misled by the title. The program allows you to choose your reduction size, as well as batch jobs. Just put all the pictures you want reducing in one folder, and then run the program. Such a useful tool :D |

I use a free application called VSO resizer. It �s really easy to use and you can decide if you want to keep the big images or just the small ones and in which size you want to store the new ones.
