Hello!  Because the subject of your sentence is actually �It �, your tag should also have the subject �it �:

It was Ann who opened the door, wasn �t it?

If you had the sentence, �Ann opened the door, � you would instead add �didn �t she? �

Ann opened the door, didn �t she?

Note also the change in auxiliary.
