Adsk for help

Dear colleagues,

Could I ask you to turn these two sentences into reported speech< the first is very clear, the second is my doubt. How can I say it more correctly?

1)) She said : Ive heard that you are fond of music.

2)  Shaw  answered: I am,  but never mind. Go on.

Thank you. Olga

I see what you mean!

1) She said that she d heard I was (or he was) fond of music.
2) Shaw answered that he was, but told her not to worry about it and to go on.
