Speaking classes

Hi wondeful users,

First, I d like to say thank you to all of you. This site is a just a great help for me and a fantastic chest of ideas. Everything thanks to you :)

That s why I decided to ask you the question about teaching speaking because I have always problems with teaching my young students ( 7-11 year olds) to speak English.
Have you got a kind of speaking classes ? What do you usually do then, what kind of exercises ?
Thnk you so much for all the hints.

Have a nice weekend.
