I �m doing an essay for my post graduate course on Blindness and Low Vison.

How should I translate "escola do ensino regular" or professores do ensino regular" and "Docentes Titulares de Turma" into English!

Anyway, don �t think they have an equivalent for our "Director de turma". At least I have been told so... but not sure.

In USA they have a counselor (DT) but he/she is not a teacher of the class or of the students he /she "takes care of"
