Help with Identify error exercises

Hi all,

I need help please ... Is there a software, a Word template or anything else to help me design "Idenfity the error" exercises like TOEFL test  and like the image below?

I can do it but in the traditional way (types the sentence, underline the word then type the letters below). I am looking for something easy and quick.

What if you create a template with transparent/invisible text boxes to type in the sentences and the letters and then you could reuse it?
