You might try to write formal letters above in the search column.

But formal letters, such as applying for a job or writing to a company,
you would most likely start with:

To whom it may concern.

or

To the Director of Electronics inc.

and sign it

Sincerely
or

with best regards

Thank you Libertybelle,damielle and esl-teach for ur help. As I explained to Libertybelle  a friend of mine is asking for some models of different types of formal letters like enquiry, application, complaint etc, and I don�t have the time to write such models for him, that�s why I�m looking for a faster way.

I have letter samples from when I was studying with my CAE trainining books. I can make  worksheets about it and then you download. When do you want it for?
