Lost for ideas

I have been teaching a while now and i �m at the point where i sit down to plan a my lesson and my mind goes blank.

I am teaching grades 1-6 on a daily basis and i am in serious need of some fresh ideas.

I teach students in Thailand, where English is a second language.

Does anyone have any activities, games or just ideas that can help?
