Hi, Guys. What is the correct: declaration of empoyment, work declaration, working declaration? I need this declaration to present at USA Embassy for my visa interview. As my principal don �t speak English, she asked me to write it. Can you have a look at it and tell if there is something wrong? And can you tell me waht is the name of the declaration?
DECLARATION I hereby declare for all due purposes that Mrs.Danielle xxxxxx, identity number xxxxxxxx-x and bearer of Work and Social Security Card number xxxxx/xx-xx, is a municipal civil servant, registration number xxxx xx, at E/SUBE/CRE - Escola Municipal xxxxxx xxxxxxxx since 02/03/2011 occupying the position of English Teacher. We also declare that the same will be on recess for vacation during the period from 01/02/2013 to 01/31/2013 (period of 30 days).

I think I would go with: "Declaration of Employment" (don �t forget the "l" in employment)
another option would be "Confirmation of Employment" |
