hello everyone, I need your help
I was invited to give a 35 hours business training but I have to define its contents. As it is the 1st time that I �m going to give such a training I don �t know what to do. I �m talking about an adult group with a beginner/intermediate level.

Also role-play work situations as much as possible (conducting meetings, making arrangements on the phone and the like) and don �t forget to teach business etiquette across cultures, i.e. what is appropriate and what isn �t in different cultures businesswise.
I use Market Leader (Intermediate) 3rd Edition by Pearson Longman with my highschool ss, but I can tell you it �s more suitable for adults who already work in business. Sophia
