Hi Esther! Let me see if I can help you cause mine is in Portuguese: Insert - Page number - Settings - then the last two options (I believe it says format....) Give it a try!

Dear Esther,
Open the Document
Insert
Page Number
"Top of Page", etc. (You choose where, and Click)
Page Number
Format Page Number
Page Numbering
Start at
Click the arrows to the Page Number at which you wish to start
OK
Close Header and Footer
Done!
