							| UK coins come in the following denominations:  1p, 2p, 5p, 10p, 20p, 50p, 1 and 2.  (p representing  pence ). So, as an example, 45p could constitute 2 x 20p and 1 x 5p OR 4 x 10p, 2 x 2p and 1 x 1p etc etc ...
 Hope this helps.

							| Thanks so much for your help! Did I get ir right?    45p = 2 x 20p + 1 x 5p
1.03 = 1 +3p 2.25 = 2 + 20p + 5p    |  3 Oct 2012

							|   Since there is no 3p coin I think you should write 2p + 1p  or 3 x 1p     Click on the download tab and you will find some useful tools you can download and use without being connected to the internet. Money, time, faces etc.    | 3 Oct 2012
