Of course, you meant "on or in" not "on or it".

1 and 2 are correct
The weather is nice in (the) spring.
What do you usually do on New Year s Day? (capitalized)

At - for very specific time
  At 3:00

On - day or date

In - month, season, year.

Notice that the preposition changes with the length of time. It can be drawn in a triangle with AT at the top, ON in the middle, and IN at the bottom. This also works with places:

At - a specific address
On - a street
In - a city, state, country, etc.

Adding to the two previous answers, Capitalizing the beginning of all the four sentences is not  less important. Generally, the two last sentences need to be corrected. We use in for months (sentences 3) and on for days (sentence 4)
    Good luck
