Voice player in online exercises

Some students can �t hear the sounds made with the voice player command.

I know IE is better, and Mozilla or Chrome have problems.

But my students have problems also with IE.
Could it be the OS?
Is there a solution?

Insert sound not loading. Anyone else having the same problem? I �m on google chrome.
