or 

I wish I were at home.

I wish I were.
Both in conditional senteces and I wish ones the correct form of the verb to be for all the pronouns is were.

However, that "rule" is quickly fading from lack of use. Many people, and nearly all children, would be much more likely to use "was".

Both are acceptible like Bruce said. 
I �ve seen both in several textbook by mainstream publishers.
