Telling the exact time

Hello,
Could you help me to choose the right phrase for emphasizing the exact time in a formal letter to my students parents?

9 am sharp
9 am on the dot
exactly at 9 am

Are any of these sound old-fashioned? And is there a better way to say the exact time?

Thank you!!!

They are all good. "Exactly at 9 am" is the most formal. I wouldn t call the other two informal, but they are a little less formal. None of them are old-fashioned.
