Do we use IN or AT to talk about a school subject?
EX:
Sam is very good _____ Maths. He �s good ____ Geography too. He �s very, very good ____ French!

This is not about the subjects. It �s about adjective + preposition good at / bad at / interested in etc. So we use at in your sentences |

we say good or bad at something : so the sentence is he is good at Maths

Sorry - disagree with others
We can be good in or good at something, but which one often depends on how it sounds. I use both: he �s good in maths and he �s good at maths (but leaning towards the latter) - both are ok. Maybe my US and UK counterparts would like to comment on what they �d say.
