Please I need to know the difference between "Take a decision" & "Make a decision". Thanks in advance and have a great day all :) Shereen

As a speaker of American English, I have never heard "take a decision." "Make a decision" means to decide or choose. Stick with "make."

Take a decison does not sound natural to me yet the OALD says that Take a decision is UK English.
We tend to say make a decision but we sometimes say that someone took the decision to do something.
