Where is the voice speaker?

Where is the voice speaker?

I try to make my first online exercise with the voice speaker. I have seen the video explaining how to use it. But when I open the edittor the voice speaker button doesn �t show up. I tried chrome, Internet Explorer (two versions) and firefox on two different computers. In chrome there are no options at all. IE and firefox have more options but I still miss the voice speaker button. What can I do?
