WORD OF THE DAY (WEEK)

Thanks,  Jayho,  for choosing my definition; Im sorry for the delay.  Ive been away for a few days and I didnt expect to win. I really appreciate it because Ive learnt a lot of words trying to find one for this contest: niggardliness, arhatship,  athwartship, williwaw, auxesis, beevos, latitudinarianism or even wittold.

In the end, Ive chosen a pretty common word, which I think is full of potential for this game: artichoke

Have a nice day and be as creative as you like.

Ana

artichoke,

basically, most work by Vincent Van Gogh (I m not a Van Gogh fan).

When I see his art, I choke.

AR: abbreviation for Arkansas
TI: American rapper
Cho (Margaret): American comedienne
KE: abbreviation for Kenya

So artichoke refers to a joint goodwill tour by TI and Margaret Cho in Nairobi, sponsored by Texas Instruments. Easy!
