I like newsinlevels. Nice, short reading passages on interseting topics of the day, in levels 0 - 4. 

eslflow is great - lots of variety and links to loads of other sites. 
MES English - great flashcards and basic wss 

and this is a fabulous blog - interactive books, games, vocabulary sheets and great projects.
