Asking questions with "WISH"

Dear friends,

Could you tell meplease,
Is it possible to ask? What do you wish about? or What did youwish about? or What do you regret about?

Confused

I would say "what do you wish for" and "what do you regret".

Agree with SaraMariam.
You could also say, What do you dream about? meaning, not the night time type of dream, but What are your dreams for the future?
