Hi Havpa and Welcome to the site!
A premium member means you have to gain 30 points. How do you do it? Upload some wonderful worksheets, people will download them, each download gives you 1 point, and in no time you�ll have your 30 points. There is only one setback. The points will be added to your account two days later.

It says under the menu What�s This at the top of the page:
Every time someone downloads one of your worksheets, you get one point, which
will be added to your account.
For example, if you have 12 points, you can make 12 downloads from the site.
When you reach 30 points, you become a premium user. Premium users are allowed
to download 30 of the daily recent contributions for free.
It�s a good thing to read the rules to help find your way around.
