							| I m a little bit confused. Could you please show me some examples about modifiers and their rules:
really, very, quite, fairly, extremely, a bit, rather, terribly.
The book shows: to make words stronger: extremely, really, terribly, very                             to make words weaker: a bit, fairly, quite, rather
but I can t define clearly strong words and weak works
 thanks in advance | 8 Apr 2014

							| Maybe you should start by applying the content through context. I mean, try to show examples, and after students understand the meaning, you could try explaining the grammar function. Use brainstorming, to let them think about for what they can use those words for, and start giving examples with sentences. Until they can discover by themselves the use, and then explain the theory. | 8 Apr 2014
