and why , you can give me an explanation?

I think they are both fine, la mente maestra. Maybe �taking � is more American?

Hi there,
Without the slightest doubt, both are correct, and there is no difference between them. You can have or take a brief, little, quick, or short nap. I marked the adjectives that collocate with nap in blue. You can also say a power nap as in the example that follows: A ten-minute power nap can boost your productivity. I hope this information will dispel any doubts as to the use of NAP!
