"Are the bath towels in the top drawer?" 
"No.  That �s the drawer _____ I keep tablecloths in."

a.  where
b.  in which 
c.  which in
d.  that 

"That " is the correct answer but, why can �t where or in which be correct ?
Can someone please explain ?

That �s because of the last word in your sentence - IN.
You can NEVER say "in which in" (too many prepositions) or "in where".
But you CAN say "that I keep tablecloths in". OR "which I keep tablecloths in".
