Hi Nurikzhan,

"Why you didn t come to school on Monday" could be correct if the sentence was: Reasons why you didn t come to school on Monday or in an indirect question: I would like to know why you didn t come to school on Monday.

Best wishes
Janet

"Why you didn t come to school on Monday" is a sentence fragment, not a sentence.
