AT or IN ?

Dear teachers!

Is it incorrect to say - to study IN a foreign school? Or should I say _ AT a foreign school?

Thanks in advance

In American English, I think we say, He goes to a certain type of school instead of he studies at a certain type of school

We also don t usually say a foreign school but identify the type of school, for example,  He goes to a French school or he goes to an international school, or he studies abroad.

But, if you are forced to use the verb studies because a textbook requires you to, I agree with korovadaisy: He studies at a foreign school.
