A report card is the sheet of grades that the student takes home to his parents.

A rubric is the grid used to evaluate a project or assignemnt.

Grade sheet is the page in the teacher �s book on which the teacher writes the students grades for each test and assignment in order to calculate the final grade for the term.

A performance evaluation criteria checklist is a page of skills that the teacher is looking for during class performance.

Spreadsheet is the electronic form for these.
