 Hi,

I would say:
1. You shouldn t wear this dress
2. They are shouting. They may be having an argument
3. It can t be rock music. It sounds like country style.

I hope it helps.

Hello!  Some other alternatives...(ooh I love these linguistic puzzles!)

1.  You ought not to wear this dress.(strong)/You might not want to wear this dress.(kind advice)/You mustnt wear this dress. (strongest)
2.  Theyre shouting.  They must be having an argument.(if you know them as argumentative)/They could be having an argument.(no assumption)
3.  Im sure it isnt rock music.  It might be country (music)./It could be country.

 Best wishes!

P.S.  By the way, you began your initial message "Good nights" so I was confused!  Even if its very late, to say the equivalent of "hello" youd need to use "Good evening" instead.  "Good night" always means "goodbye".
