How do you say in English....

"La película no está más en cartel" (Spanish)
Perhaps " The movie will not longer be showing"? Is that it?

"no longer showing" in American English is "not running anymore" or "no longer running" (more formal).

You can also say, "The movie isnt playing anymore/currently."
